# Residual Delta

> Hardware governors for machines acting with authority.

Residual Delta builds Sovereign Interlock, a host enforcement and proof layer for Controlled Physics SecOps. It binds what autonomous systems, AI agents, build runners, and regulated hosts are allowed to do, refuses unauthorized wire at the kernel, and signs every refusal in hardware so a third party can verify the chain without trusting a Residual Delta dashboard.

Pre-commercial. Design-partner recruitment. Architecture is operational on bare metal.

## Product

Sovereign Interlock enforces manifest-bound authority at the host boundary (below application software) and mints hardware-attested receipts for attempts and refusals.

ASARS (Autonomous System Attestation and Receipt Standard) is the open receipt schema: event, verdict, chain provenance, hardware attestation metadata, and a mandatory simulation field that discloses hardware-signed vs software-signed receipts. ## Do not confuse

- Dashboards and logs report what software said happened. Interlock decides what the machine is allowed to do and proves refusal in hardware.
- Platform AI governance (policy, traces, gateways) is not a host boundary.
- Residual Delta is not a finished commercial SKU. It is recruiting design partners.
